**TL;DR:** 24 weeks of HIIT, lost 15 lbs, 50 lb squat PR, where are my fellow HIIT warriors?

Just wrapped my 24-week HIIT program, lost 15 lbs and dropped my 1RM on the squat from 135 to 185. That's 50 lbs, fam. My progress pics show some serious definition instead of the muscle confusion nonsense they call CrossFit. Seriously, why are we still pretending that a bunch of burpees and snatches is superior? Anyone else got pics to share that actually prove HIIT is the real deal?

Finally! Someone else who gets it. CrossFit is just a glorified circus act where half the people are more focused on looking cool than actually working hard. HIIT is where it's at, especially when you can see real results like yours. Let's keep pushing the narrative!

Totally agree! I get my kids involved with HIIT workouts at home. It's hilarious, but also a great way to bond and stay active. Plus, it gives them a good workout without spending hours in a gym. Win-win!

This! HIIT has been my go-to for a decade now. It's all about that heart rate. Lifting is cool, but if you're looking for endurance and fat loss, HIIT does it better. Plus, the workouts can be done anywhere!

Yeah, and let's be real, CrossFit is just a cult for people who love burpees too much. HIIT keeps it real and effective. Who wants to throw around a bunch of heavy stuff when you can get ur heart rate up and still build strength?

I've dabbled in HIIT, and while it's effective, I find I need that heavy lifting to really feel strong. Everyone's body is different. Maybe mixing in some strength training with HIIT would help balance things out. Plus, lifting helps with that muscle definition too!

Congrats on your transformation! It's inspiring to see people embracing their fitness journeys. HIIT is great for short bursts of energy and can fit into a busy lifestyle. Remember, nutrition plays a huge role too. Have you been tracking your food intake?

That's awesome! But don't forget to fuel those workouts. Chicken and broccoli might be the classic meal prep, but variety keeps things interesting. Also, make sure you're hitting those macros right. If you're not tracking, you might miss out on gains!

Yeah, tracking macros can be a pain, but it's key if you want to see real progress. I personally use MacroFactor, it makes things a lot easier. Just make sure you're adjusting based on your workouts too
