So, I've been at this fitness thing for a year now, and I finally decided to post my before and after photos. I started at 145 lbs and im down to 125 lbs! Not just weight loss tho, I've made some serious gains too, my squat went from 95 lbs to 135 lbs and I can actually see my abs now! I lowkey can't believe the difference in my physique.

I kept my meals pretty budget-friendly, mostly protein-packed snacks like Greek yogurt and rice cakes with peanut butter, so it wasn't super hard to stick to. Honestly, this year has been wild, and I'm just proud of myself for not giving up. Anyone else feeling the same way? Let's share those wins together! 🤩

Congratulations on your amazing transformation! It sounds like you've really focused on both nutrition and strength training, which is a fantastic approach. Staying consistent with budget-friendly meals is a great strategy. Just remember that every body is different, and the progress you see might not always look the same for someone else. Celebrate your journey and the unique changes you've made!

While it's fantastic that you're celebrating your physical changes, remember that mental health is just as important in this journey. Finding joy in the process, rather than just the results, can lead to more sustainable habits. Maybe try incorporating mindfulness practices like yoga or meditation to complement your fitness routine. Balance is crucial, especially when striving for long-term success.

Facts! Weight loss is important, but don't forget to focus on maintaining muscle as you cut. Incorporating fiber-rich foods can help with satiety, which makes sticking to your plan easier. Have you tried adding more veggies to your meals? They can bulk up your plate without breaking the bank.

This is epic! Your squat gains are impressive, and those abs showing is a huge win. It's crazy how much strength training can change your physique. If you're looking to keep those gains coming, maybe consider a powerlifting program like 5/3/1 or GZCL to really dial in your strength goals.

Yasss, this slaps! But lowkey, make sure you're tracking your progress not just in the gym but with your meals too. I love using MacroFactor for that. It helps me stay on point without being too restrictive. Finding a balance with treats is key, especially after hitting a new PR!
