**TL;DR:** 6 months in, dropped 15 lbs, 1RM squats up 40 lbs, ADHD struggles but finally consistent.

After years of battling ADHD, I finally found a routine that sticks. It's been 6 months of consistent strength training on a plant-based diet, and the results are starting to show! I've gone from 180 lbs to 165 lbs, and my lifts are hitting new highs: 1RM on squats went from 225 lbs to 265 lbs! Here are some before and after shots for reference.

It feels amazing to actually see the progress and I'm so stoked about my journey. Anyone else dealing with ADHD while trying to stick to a fitness routine? How do you keep focused and consistent? Would love to hear your tips!

Your progress is inspiring! Consistency is key, especially with ADHD. I've been there too. Just keep pushing those lifts, and don't hesitate to share your PRs. It's always motivating to see others succeed.

It's great to hear you found a routine! I used to struggle with consistency too, especially when training for marathons. Finding a rhythm takes time, but running can be incredibly meditative. How do you feel your strength training complements your focus?

That's awesome! As a mom of three, I totally get how hard it is to stay on track. I use Nutrola's photo logging feature. It's perfect when I'm juggling dinner prep and school pick-ups. Super quick, like under 6 seconds, so I can keep my focus on my kids!

I tried CalAI and it was hot trash. The AI couldn't even recognize half my meals. I'm sticking with MFP for now, because I know the food list by heart, even if they are creeping in those paywalls

I hear you on the ADHD struggle. I've been balancing workouts and my job as a nurse for years, and I find that keeping things simple helps a lot. I recently switched to Nutrola, and honestly, the voice logging feature has saved me so much time during my busy shifts

Honestly, if I see one more person rave about MFP, I might scream. That app is a paywall nightmare now. I switched to MacroFactor, the algorithm actually takes my inputs seriously. It just works, and I can see results without stress

Ngl, I'm skeptical about all these new tracking apps. I like to know exactly what's in my food, and I'm not ready to let AI take the wheel just yet. Plus, MFP has some good community support for motivation.

Facts! It's amazing what a solid plant-based diet can do. I love experimenting with new recipes to keep my meals exciting. Have you tried making lentil burgers or chickpea curry? Totally underrated!
