**TL;DR:** 1 year of consistent lifting transformed my body and lifts! Check out my before and after pics.

I've been lifting for two years now and I'm finally seeing some serious progress! After a year of consistent training and meal prep, I'm down from 145 to 128 lbs, and my lifts have gone up like crazy. I hit a new PR on deadlifts, pulling 225 for 3 reps last week. Swipe to see my before and after pics, it's wild how much can change in just one year!

**Before vs After:**
- Weight: 145 lbs ➡️ 128 lbs
- Deadlift: 185 lbs ➡️ 225 lbs
- Time: 1 year

Can't wait to step on that bikini stage! Anyone else feeling the gains after a year of hard work?

Lifting is cool and all, but don't forget cardio. Strength training is just one part of the equation. You need that endurance too, especially if you're going for a competition. Balance is key.

Facts. But remember, progress pics can be deceiving. Lighting and angles play a huge role. Don't get too caught up in just looks. Make sure your strength and health are improving too.

Proud of your achievements! Just a tip though, tracking macros really helps to ensure you're getting enough protein and staying in a caloric deficit. What app do you use for tracking?

      100. Tracking macros can be a game-changer for gains. I love using Cronometer, it's super detailed. What's your approach to tracking? Keeping it simple or going all in?

So inspiring! 🌟 I went gluten-free a year ago and it really boosted my energy. Maybe consider exploring different diets while prepping for your competition. Variety can keep you motivated!

It's awesome to see your dedication pay off! Kettlebells are my go-to for conditioning. Have you tried incorporating them into your workouts? They add a fun twist to lifting!

Love this energy! The gains are real! Just remember, it's not all about weight. Focus on how you feel, too. And don't skip leg day! Those bikini judges love strong legs.
