**TL;DR:** Lost 35 lbs in 8 months and got lean at 62.

I just hit a huge milestone, guys! After years of hard work and a solid diet, I finally got lean for the first time in my life at 62. Dropped from 190 to 155 lbs in about 8 months, and the results are crazy. The progress photos speak for themselves! Anyone else experienced such a transformation at this age?
