**TL;DR:** Lost muscle on Ozempic, how do I get it back?

So, I've been on Ozempic for like 6 months, and while the scale is down, I think my muscle is, too. I lift (kinda), but now I'm looking at my gains like they're a bad breakup, just...gone. Anyone else feel like they're losing muscle instead of fat on this stuff? What's the best way to bounce back? #helpmeplz

This is why im terrified of meds. Like, is it weight loss or just my gains ghosting me? 😂

I can relate, man. I lost a ton of weight on meds but felt like I was losing strength, too. Started tracking my protein more closely and added some creatine, which helped a bit. Gotta keep the gains, ya know?

Facts. Ozempic can affect muscle retention, especially if you're not eating enough protein. I've seen some studies suggesting it can lead to muscle loss if you're not careful with your diet. I meal prep high-protein vegan meals every week, and it keeps my lifts on point!

For real, I feel you. I was on something similar and my lifts tanked! Switching to a higher-protein diet and focusing on my macros made a big difference. Have you tried tracking with something like MyFitnessPal? It can help you see where you might be falling short.

Skill issue if you think muscle loss is just from the meds! It's about the whole package, lifting, nutrition, sleep. Have you considered how much you're actually lifting? Don't skip the basics like progressive overload. 🤷‍♀️

Ngl, I had a similar experience. Lost some weight but felt like my strength was fading. I switched to a more balanced diet and incorporated resistance training more seriously. You could try adjusting your workout program to focus more on compound lifts. They help maintain muscle while cutting.
