**TL;DR:** Trying to cut but can't resist Denny's. Need help with macros and dining out tips!

So like, I'm trying to cut but I'm also, uh, low-key obsessed with Denny's pancakes. Ngl, I'm pretty sure my macros just scream 'help me!' every time I walk in there. Does anyone have a game plan for surviving Denny's while still hitting those protein targets? I tried ordering the Grand Slam but then ended up with a side of fries instead (oops). I swear the struggle is real when you're trying to fit greasy spoon vibes into your fitness goals! Anyone else manage to find lowkey wins while still dining out? Hit me up with those tips! 🍳

Also, am I just overthinking this or do Denny's macros actually have a life of their own? Like, do they just laugh at me as I try to map out my protein splits?

Here's my current macro breakdown just for reference:
- Protein: 120g
- Carbs: 150g
- Fats: 50g

But with Denny's... I might be hitting my protein but those carbs be calling my name! 😂

Ngl, i feel this struggle! Denny's pancakes are like sirens calling my name when I'm trying to keep my macros on point. Have you ever tried swapping out the fries for a side salad? It helps balance things out a bit.

Facts! Denny's has some hidden gems. Their Fit Fare options are actually decent for hitting protein and keeping carbs lower. Plus, you can always order pancakes but with no syrup to keep the sugar down.

Honestly, i think you're overthinking it a bit! Just track your meals as you go, and if you hit your macros at the end of the day, that's what matters. If you're active, you can probably afford a bit of indulgence here and there.

For real, dining out on a budget while trying to stay lean is a whole vibe. Maybe just stick with the protein-heavy options like the omelet, then treat yourself to a pancake as a reward. Gotta find that balance, right?

Man, Denny's can be tricky. I've had my fair share of greasy meals, but if you go in with a plan, it helps. Like, pick a protein source first, then build around that with veggies or lighter sides. You can still enjoy the vibe without going off the deep end

Skill issue, bro. Just embrace the pancakes! Life's too short not to enjoy a stack every now and then. But, yeah, the side salad swap is a solid idea. Gotta keep those macros from getting too wild

I totally get the struggle of balancing cravings with your goals! When I have a family meal at a diner, I usually go for the grilled chicken salad, but I let myself have a couple of pancakes on the side. It's all about moderation and enjoying the experience with family, right?

True, but also, carbs can sneak up on you at Denny's. I've seen people go all-in on those pancakes and forget about how it adds up. Maybe aim for a high-protein breakfast and then share a dessert-sized portion of pancakes with a friend?

Bruh, just imagine if you could have pancakes as a reward for a new PR! It's all about those gains and carbs. Just don't let those macros laugh at you; embrace the pancakes and live a little! 😂
