So I've been cutting and trying to stay on track with my macros, but sometimes you just need a quick bite. I checked out McDonald's and was surprised to find a few options that aren't complete trash for us lifters. The McDouble has decent protein at around 22g and is only 400 calories. If you ditch the bun, the grilled chicken is another solid choice with about 30g protein and less than 200 calories. Just gotta keep an eye on the sodium and carbs! Anyone else have go-to fast food options for cutting?

I get that fast food cravings hit hard, especially during a cut. I often recommend using apps like MyFitnessPal to track your meals on the go, but also intuitive eating can work if you're aware of your portions.

Based on my experience, I think the grilled chicken is solid, but I'd rather hit a burrito bowl at Chipotle with extra veggies. I mean, who can say no to guac?

I tried that grilled chicken once and honestly, it tasted like cardboard. Just pack a meal next time, even if it's a wrap or something! My kids think I'm crazy for packing meals, but hey, dad bod priorities.

If you can, try to meal prep for the week. It's not always feasible, but it saves you from those 'I need food now!' moments at fast food joints. Plus, you can control your sodium that way

Ain't nobody got time for cooking every day, so fast food it is! Just ditch the bun like u said and pair it with a low-cal drink. I'm still trying to convince myself that diet soda is a real food choice, lol.

This is a solid option for quick bites! i like to add a side salad for some greens. Plus, you can pretend you're being healthy while you devour that McDouble.

Yep, McDonald's can be a lifesaver sometimes! I hit up their grilled chicken sandwich without the mayo and it's pretty decent for a fast food fix. Just gotta watch out for those fries, they sneak in the calories!

Facts, but sodium levels at McDonald's can be wild. If you're cutting, I'd suggest sticking to the grilled chicken or salads and avoiding anything fried. Those chicken nuggets are like little calorie bombs.

Bro, don't forget about the crispy chicken salad! It's super low-cal and still hits the spot. Just steer clear of creamy dressings if you're watching your macros.

Cutting and eating fast food? I relate! But for real, I find myself always overestimating my calorie counts at places like McDonald's. Tracking helps but sometimes I'm just like, 'who needs accuracy?'

If you're looking for fast vegan options, Chipotle's a win. You can load up on veggies and beans, and it's way less processed. Just saying, it's about finding what works for you and your macros!
