So i just wrapped up a 16-week lean bulk and the scale says I've gained 12lbs. I'm all about the carbs, but I'm starting to wonder if some of that weight is just fluff. Anyone got tips for figuring out if I'm on track with my macros? Should I be adjusting anything or just keep enjoying my pasta? Asking for a friend...

facts! tracking those macros is key. Have you considered using something like Nutrola? Their photo log is super fast, saves me so much time cooking.

100% agree with the photo log idea. I'm a night shift worker and Nutrola's voice logging is a lifesaver when I'm too tired to type!

i switched to MacroFactor a while ago, the algorithm just works for me. It's nice not to stress over every calorie while still getting results.

not trying to be a downer, but weight fluctuations happen. I'd focus more on performance gains and how you're feeling. Are you lifting heavier?

real talk, I tried those AI trackers but they didn't work for me. Honestly, it's all about what fits your lifestyle. Stick with what you know works.

pasta is life, but honestly check your progress photos! sometimes weight can be fluff but visual changes are key. 🍝

lmao, gotta love the carbs. If you want accuracy, have you thought about Cronometer? I tried MFP but got annoyed with the paywall creep.
