**TL;DR:** Tried 100g of fiber daily for 30 days, saw GI changes and mixed bloodwork results. Anyone else have similar experiences?

I decided to push my fiber intake to 100g a day for a month, and while my digestion improved, my bloodwork showed mixed results. I've read that fiber is beneficial, but it's also possible to overdo it, right? Curious if anyone else has had similar experiences with high fiber intake and how it impacted their health. Any tips on balancing fiber with other nutrients?

That level of fiber sounds excessive to me. I've read studies suggesting around 25-30g is optimal for most people. Too much can interfere with nutrient absorption too, so keeping a balance is essential. Are you working with a nutritionist?

Ngl, 100g is a bit wild unless u're used to it. I was on a fiber kick once and ended up running to the bathroom like it was a sprint. Now I'm more cautious and stick to around 40-50g while cutting. It keeps my hunger in check without risking my runs!

Pushing to 100g of fiber can be a lot for some people, especially if they're not used to it. I think it's great that your digestion improved, but mixed bloodwork results might suggest you could find a balance. Have you thought about adjusting your intake gradually to see how your body responds?

I tried increasing my fiber to around 80g during training for a half marathon, and while my runs felt smoother, my energy took a hit. Balance is key, especially with carbs and proteins. How's your overall nutrient balance looking?

Bro, just make sure you're mixing in some pizza every now and then! 😂 Fiber's cool and all, but if it's ruining your vibes, it might be time to cut back. A little indulgence never hurt anyone.

Facts! Fiber is awesome, but too much can mess with your gut. I used to go overboard with fiber supplements, and it led to some weird stomach issues. Now I focus more on whole foods and keep it around 30-50g, and I feel way better.

Yep, I've seen clients do this! Some people get bloated or have digestion issues at high fiber intakes. Have you tried tracking how you feel each day? It can really help pinpoint what's too much for you. Pairing fiber with enough hydration helps too.
