**TL;DR:** Curious who actually hit their Strava goals this year.

So I just checked out my Strava year in review and it's kind of a mixed bag. I hit some decent mileage but totally flopped on my half-marathon training. Anyone else feeling the struggle? Like, who actually crushed their goals this year? Asking for a friend (me).

Yes! I went from running 5Ks to training for a marathon this year. I found a great group and it made all the difference. We celebrate every little win, even if it's just trying new recipes post-run!

Facts. I thought I was gonna crush my half-marathon goals, but I ended up just crushing pizza instead. 🍕 Got a PR on my pizza intake tho, so that's something!

Lmao, my running this year was basically a meme. Did some runs fueled by caffeine and maybe too many late-night snacks. Not my best year for cardio, but at least I had fun.

I crushed my goals this year, but it wasn't easy! Meal prep was my lifesaver. I'd spend Sundays prepping yogurt bowls and snacks for the week. It kept me on track for my running and made my nutrition easier.

Honestly, I'm kind of impressed with my progress this year. Even though I didn't run as much, I managed to hit a new 1RM on my deadlifts. Sometimes, you just gotta pivot and find what works for you.

That's based, bro! Deadlifts are the real MVPs. Just keep switching things up until something clicks. It's all about the vibes!

Dude, same. I had a solid plan for my half-marathon, but life threw me a curveball. Missed a ton of training runs. Now I'm just focusing on lifting and trying to keep my head up. Running is tough mentally too.

Totally hear you! Sometimes life just gets in the way of our goals. If you're feeling stuck, maybe try setting smaller milestones. It really helps to keep me motivated, especially with family commitments.

Ngl, I didn't hit my running goals either. Just didn't feel it this year. I switched to focusing on lifting heavier instead, and it's been a blast. Trying to embrace where I'm at.

I get that! It is a commitment, but I make it work by prepping simple meals that can last through the week. Even a few hours saved me so much time during busy days. Worth it for me.

I totally relate! I flopped on my training too, but I think I was too focused on lifting. Gotta find that balance. Did anyone actually finish a full training plan this year?

That sounds great, but I question if meal prep is the magic solution everyone claims it is. It can be so time-consuming and honestly, who has time to cook every single Sunday?
