**TL;DR:** Need running shoe recs for flat feet, tried some but they didn't work out

So, i'm on this keto and cardio grind, but my flat feet are giving me major issues! Tried a couple of shoes that were supposed to be great, but my arches are like, 'Nah fam, not today.' Anyone got recommendations for running shoes that actually support the pancake situation down there? I need something that won't leave me in pain after my runs! 😩

I heard Asics and Brooks are pretty solid for flat-footers, but like, are there any hidden gems out there? Let's swap shoe secrets, people!

P.S. If it has a decent look, that's a bonus. Gotta keep the sneaker game strong while I'm crushing those HIIT sessions!

Running on flat feet is like trying to walk on pizza! 🍕 I love my Brooks Ghosts, but if you're still looking for more options, check out New Balance Fresh Foam. Super comfy and have good arch support. You'll feel like you're running on clouds!

Skill issue, fam. Just run barefoot. 😂 But in all seriousness, try looking for shoes with good motion control. Brooks and Asics usually have decent options.

Honestly, if your shoes are hurting, it might be time to get fitted properly. I've gone through my fair share of kicks, and the right fit makes all the difference. No brand will save you if you're in the wrong size or shape.

Yo, flat feet fam! I feel you on the struggle. Have you checked out the Hoka One One shoes? They've got some crazy cushioning and support, perfect for those pancake arches! Plus, they look pretty dope, so you can flex them at the gym too.

This is facts, bro. Flat feet can ruin your vibe. I've heard good things about the Nike React Infinity Run too. Super cushy and supportive, and you can flex them anywhere, even to a BBQ or something

When I got back into running after my kids, I struggled too. My flat feet were no joke! I ended up trying some insoles in my regular trainers, and it made a world of difference. Maybe look into custom insoles if you're still having pain.

Honestly, I had flat feet and didn't realize how much it impacted my runs until I tried a better shoe. I went with the Altra Escalante, and it changed my life! They're designed for comfort and support, and they have a natural fit. Just try them on and see how they feel!

I feel you on the flat foot pain struggle! I'm broke but fit, so I went for the On Cloudstratus shoes. They're pricey, but you can often find discounts online or at outlet stores. Just a heads-up, they're great for short runs but might not be the best for longer distances.

You might want to try the Saucony Guide series. I used them when my arches were screaming, and they really helped stabilize my foot without sacrificing comfort. Just keep an eye on how your feet feel after a run, as everyone's different. Plus, I've seen some nice colorways lately.

Flat feet are a real issue, but I'm skeptical about all these brands claiming they're the solution. Maybe check with a podiatrist or a physical therapist to see if there are specific features you should look for, instead of relying solely on brand names.
