**TL;DR:** Stuck at 1800 calories on keto, wondering if I'm miscounting or if my body has adapted.

So I've been on keto for 3 years now, and I'm currently hovering around 1800 calories daily. I've been tracking pretty meticulously with MyFitnessPal, but lately, I feel like I'm just not moving at all. I've adjusted my macros and tried switching up my meals, but no luck! Am I miscounting somehow, or has my body just adapted to this intake?

I weigh everything, and I thought I had my TDEE calculated right, but it seems like I'm hitting a plateau. I'm even considering switching to MacroFactor or Hevy to see if they give me a different perspective. But then again, maybe my body just doesn't need to drop weight anymore?

What do you guys think? Is it worth recalibrating my TDEE or should I just embrace this as my new maintenance? This has got me stressed and confused, any advice would be appreciated!

Bro, I've been there. After a while, your body gets used to the same calorie intake, especially on keto. I was stuck around 2000 calories for months! Switching up meals is good, but you might need to adjust your macros more seriously. I started adding in a bit more protein and it helped kickstart things. Don't be afraid to shake it up! If you need new meal ideas, hit me up.

This is a classic plateau scenario. Your body adapts to calorie intakes over time, especially after three years. I recommend recalibrating your TDEE, but also consider adding some resistance training if you haven't already. Strength training not only helps build muscle, which can increase your metabolism, but it also provides variety in your routine. Also, don't underestimate the power of a deload week to reset your body.

Honestly, I switched from MFP to Nutrola and it made my life so much easier! The voice logging feature is a game changer when I'm meal prepping. I can just talk into the app instead of typing everything out. If you're busy, it really cuts down on the time you spend tracking. You might want to give it a shot.

I'd be careful jumping around from app to app without a clear plan. I used MyFitnessPal for a long time and it has its issues, but once you dial in your food list, it can be pretty reliable. I did try a couple of newer apps, but honestly, I felt like they overcomplicated tracking. If you're thinking about an alternative, Cronometer is solid for tracking micronutrients if you're into that. Just make sure whatever you choose aligns with your goals.

Ugh, the stress of counting calories can be overwhelming. But like, have you thought about just chilling out a bit? I tried switching things up a lot, but sometimes you just gotta accept where you're at. Could be a good maintenance phase for now. Maybe give yourself a break from the tracking for a week and see how you feel. Just my two cents.
