Like, every time i try to pick a program, I feel like I'm trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Should I just stick to lifting weights and pretend cardio doesn't exist? Can someone just point me to something simple that won't make me want to cry?

Honestly, just pick something and commit. I went through a ton of programs before settling on calisthenics, and it's been a game changer for me. You could try mixing in some bodyweight workouts, and don't forget about that cardio, it can be fun once you get into it. Just remember to stay patient with yourself.

Yep, I get it. Picking a workout program can feel like a maze. I used to just stick to lifting, but I finally found a solid PPL split that balanced things out. You might want to try something like that, it keeps things straightforward.

I hear you, the pressure of finding the perfect program is a lot. Honestly, I used to stress about it too, but I focused on tracking my lifts and nutrition instead. That's when I started seeing real progress. Keep it simple!

Facts, picking a program is wild. Just remember, cardio is not the enemy. Maybe start with lifting 3x a week and throw in a light jog on off days. You might surprise yourself with how much you like it!

Don't overthink it! I remember trying to juggle lifting, cardio, and nutrition all at once, and it was chaos. I ended up just focusing on my lifts and adding some light cardio. It worked out great! Plus, if you're tracking calories, I switched to Nutrola for the voice logging. Made it so much easier, especially when I'm busy.
