I've been lifting for about 10 years now, but lately, I've been feeling really down when I see all the bigger folks at my gym. It's hard not to compare myself, especially when I see their progress. I love my workouts and meal prep, but this gym intimidation is getting to me. How do I stay motivated and focused on my own journey instead of feeling like I'm not enough?

I hear you, it's tough to not compare yourself to others in the gym. Remember, every lifter started somewhere, and those bigger folks likely went through their own struggles. Focus on your progress and celebrate your personal records. What matters is your dedication and the journey you're on

this, just focus on lifting. I mean, sure, some of them look like they bench press small cars, but you're not there to compete with them, right? You're building your own empire one rep at a time.

Ngl, gym intimidation is real. But like, some of these huge lifters probably skip leg day. Just remember, your grind is your own! Everyone's on a different path.

It's all about the journey. You see those bigger lifters, but what you don't see is the years of hard work and consistency behind them. Embrace your own journey, and allow yourself the grace to grow at your own pace. The weights will always be there, but the mental game is often the toughest. Find your peace in lifting

As a mom lifting three times a week, I get how hard it can be to stay motivated. I used to feel intimidated, but then I realized everyone has their struggles. Focus on what makes you happy and set small goals for yourself. Maybe keep a log of your progress, it really helps put things in perspective.

Facts, progress is personal. I've been lifting for a while, and I know how easy it is to feel discouraged. Try tracking your workouts and meals, it really helps to see how far you've come. You're doing this for yourself, not for anyone else!
