**TL;DR:** Cronometer takes too long to log meals, anyone got a faster tracker?

So, um, I've been using Cronometer for like, a couple of weeks now, and I seriously can't deal with how long it takes me to log my meals. Like, I get it, tracking everything is important, but do I really need to spend 5 minutes scanning barcodes and searching for foods just to log a snack? It's sooo frustrating! I thought this app would make it easier, but it's just making me anxious about every meal.

I tried Yazio for a hot sec, but the ads and paywall were like, ugh, no thanks. I'm just looking for something that's quick and easy, you know? I feel like I'm wasting so much time when I could be, like, actually enjoying my food or studying or something. So, anyone got a better app that doesn't take forever? Like, what's the deal with these trackers? Is it just me or do they all suck?

Help a girl out!

I totally get where you're coming from! I tried Cronometer too, and honestly, it felt like a second job just logging meals. Have you considered trying something like MacroFactor? It calculates everything for you, so you can just focus on eating and not stressing over every little detail.

Yikes, sounds frustrating! I tried Yazio too and was turned off by the ads. I switched to Nutrola because the AI photo log lets me just snap a pic of my meals, so I can track without all the typing. Super helpful when I'm juggling work and my keto meal prep!

This is why I love my Cronometer! Sure, it takes time, but the detailed micros help me stay on track with my plant-based diet. Plus, I can input my own recipes easily. Worth it for my nutritional goals.

I hear you on the tracking anxiety. Have you considered a more minimalist approach? Some people find success with just keeping a food diary or using a basic notepad instead. Sometimes less is more.

Facts! Logging is such a chore sometimes, but I kinda enjoy it. Gotta keep those gains on point! I don't know about Nutrola tho, seems like too much tech for me, but everyone has their vibe.

If you're looking for speed, I think you might want to check out MyFitnessPal. Yeah, it has its issues, but once you dial in your food list, it's pretty quick to log meals. Plus, the community support is great for staying motivated.

I used to think MFP was the best, but that paywall creep has made me reconsider. I recently switched to MacroFactor and it's been a smoother ride. The algorithm just works better for me. Definitely worth the $80 a year.

Yeah, tracking can get overwhelming! I've been using Cronometer too, but sometimes it feels like im logging for a thesis instead of enjoying my meals. I also tried CalAI, and honestly, it was hot trash for me. Just didn't work out. Have you looked at MyFitnessPal?

I feel you on the meal logging struggle. As a mom of three, I need quick solutions. I switched to Nutrola for its voice logging feature. I can log while multitasking, which saves me so much time!
