**TL;DR:** Frustrated with MacroFactor's paywall for workout logging, looking for alternatives.

I've been using MacroFactor for tracking my macros, and it's been solid with food logging, but I hit a wall when it comes to tracking my lifts. I don't want to pay for premium just to log my workouts! I also tried Strong, but it just felt clunky and I couldn't sync my food data. Is there an app out there that can combine everything, macros, lifts, and even sleep tracking, without slapping on a paywall for every little feature? Feels like I'm chasing my tail here.

This is facts. I also hit a wall with MacroFactor when it came to tracking my lifts. If I gotta pay just to log my workouts, I might as well find something that combines everything without breaking the bank.

Bro, have you tried Strong? I thought it was pretty good, but you're right, it can be clunky. But hey, if you're looking for something free, there's also Fitbod. The UI is clean and it syncs with Apple Health. No food logging though.

I totally get the frustration. I was using MFP for a while, but the paywall creeping in made me switch. Now I use Cronometer. It's more data-heavy but I love how it tracks micros, not just macros. If you're serious about lifting, it might be worth considering.

I've been using MacroFactor for food tracking too, and yeah, the workout logging is a bummer without paying. I switched to Nutrola for the workout logging feature, and honestly, it integrates everything smoothly. Plus, I can track my lifts and macros all in one place.

I tried CalAI for logging my food and lifts but it just didn't work out for me. I found it frustrating and it never recognized my portion sizes correctly. I think I'll stick with my tried-and-true methods for now.

Honestly, if I had to pay for every feature, I wouldn't bother. I just use MFP because it's what I know, even if it has its issues. Familiarity sometimes trumps all the fancy new stuff.

Switching to Nutrola has helped me a lot. The voice logging feature is a lifesaver when I'm juggling my shifts at the hospital. I can log my meals without staring at my phone for too long. It's like a breath of fresh air.

100! Nutrola's AI photo logging is super quick. im in college and honestly don't have the time to type everything out. Just snap a pic and I'm done. It's saved me so much time during the day.
